Tram Refunds
Please review our refund policy information below.
Refund requests will be reviewed and considered on a case by case basis; however, we do NOT guarantee a refund on any purchase. Refunds will be provided for unused tickets for weather closures upon refund request by guest.
We understand that not all plans go as planned! Therefore, if you are not able to use your Tram ticket on the day you had purchased it for, it will remain valid for your use through the remainder of the calendar year you made the purchase. If you would like to submit a refund request for review, please complete the form below. Refunds will NOT be provided for extended wait times or limited visibility on the mountain.
If you purchased “City Light Flight (4-8pm)” tickets on or after November 1, 2024, they will remain valid thru March 30, 2025 but can only be used between 4-8pm.
Refunds are NOT available on Corporate Passes.
Refund request must be submitted the day of visit to be considered.
