Sandia Peak Tramway is operating at a limited capacity due to State Mandates for COVID-19. Therefore, all Tram tickets purchased online reduce the number of available tickets for other guests to ride the Tram. We welcome refund requests; however, we do NOT guarantee a refund on any purchase. We understand that not all plans go as planned! Therefore, if you are not able to use your Tram ticket on the day you had purchased it for, it will remain valid for your use through the calendar year you had purchased it.
