Sandia Peak Tramway is operating at a limited capacity due to State Mandates for COVID-19. Therefore, all tickets purchased online reduce the number of available tickets for other guests to ride the Tram. We welcome refund requests; however, we do NOT guarantee a refund on any purchase. If you were not able to use your tickets on the day for which you purchased them; they can be used any other day that we are open for business!
