Refund requests will be reviewed and considered on a case by case basis; however, we do NOT guarantee a refund on any purchase. Please know that on days we are sold out, any refund requests submitted after 5pm for that day, will not be honored.
We understand that not all plans go as planned! Therefore, if you are not able to use your Tram ticket on the day you had purchased it for, it will remain valid for your use through the remainder of the calendar year you made the purchase. If you would like to submit a refund request for review, please complete the form below. Refunds will NOT be provided for extended wait times or limited visibility on the mountain.
Refund request must be submitted the day of visit to be considered.
