Sandia Peak Tramway is operating at a limited capacity due to State Mandates for COVID-19. Therefore, all Tram tickets purchased online reduce the number of available tickets for other guests to ride the Tram. We welcome refund requests; however, we do NOT guarantee a refund on any purchase. If you were not able to use your tickets on the day for which you purchased them; they can be used any other day that we are open for business! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR SKI LIFT TICKETS. ALL SKI LIFT TICKETS MUST BE USED ON THE DAY THEY WERE PURHCASED FOR.
