Refund requests will be reviewed and considered on a case by case basis; however, we do NOT guarantee a refund on any purchase. Refunds will be provided for unused tickets for weather closures upon refund request by guest. Please request a refund for a weather closure immediately.

We understand that not all plans go as planned! Please review our ticket types below to determine if your unused ticket is still valid. Please note, tickets sold for specific discounts have limited use and refund windows.

GENERAL TICKETS purchased online on or after December 1, 2025 will remain valid thru 1/11/2027. If you have an unused GENERAL TICKET purchased on or after December 1, 2025, you will not need to reserve online again, simply present the QR code or the purchaser’s name when you are ready to visit again. After 1/11/2027, tickets will NO longer be accepted or refundable.

CITY LIGHT FLIGHT tickets purchased between December 1, 2025 and April 5, 2026, have EXPIRED and are non-refundable.

60th CELEBRATION TICKETS are non-refundable; however, we are happy to honor them through December 31, 2026. To use the tickets after May 9 or 10, you will simply need to pay the difference between the discounted ticket price originally paid and the current full-price ticket rate when you arrive.

Refunds are NOT available on Corporate Passes / Annual (Summit Pass) / Two for You (2x use pass).

Refund request must be submitted the day of visit to be considered.
