• Ensuring the safety of our guests and staff is our top priority.
• Although the city’s weather may be pleasant, mountain conditions can differ significantly and change rapidly due to the high altitude. Despite having advanced forecasting tools, it’s important to remember that these are just predictions and much of the weather information becomes official only close to the actual event.
• In the event of a weather standby, delay, or full closure, we will announce it via a popup screen on our website.
• Since the Tram is the primary mode of transportation to TEN 3, any Tram closures or delays will directly affect TEN 3 operations. If the Tram reopens later in the day, TEN 3 will also reopen with a delay. If the Tram closes, the restaurant will close immediately to allow everyone to safely descend the mountain.
• Should the Tram remain closed for the entire day, all online ticket holders will be notified via email, and all Fine Dining guests at TEN 3 will be contacted by phone.
