If you are planning on purchasing or already have purchased any of the following passes or school programs you need to READ BELOW. You do not need to print out any forms if you have just purchased a day ticket. If you are sending a minor (age 17 or younger) to the ski area without a parent, please print the Children's Ski School form and sign it for your child, then send it with them to the mountain.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Lift Tickets, Adult Ski School and Children's Ski School

There are no refunds for products purchased on-line. However, we will give a voucher for the product purchased that is good for one year from the original date(s) to be skied. If you have any questions you can reach us by calling 505-242-9052

Privacy Policy

The staff at Sandia Peak is committed to protecting your privacy.

For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name, but not the email address (where possible).

We collect only the domain name, but not the email address, of visitors to our website, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, and information volunteered by you, such as survey information and/or registrations. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, to notify visitors about updates to our site, and to contact visitors for marketing purposes. Your information is NOT shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Persons who supply us with their telephone number on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders you have placed on-line.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at any time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the opportunity to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, please check our website periodically for updates to our privacy policy.


Due to safety and privacy concerns, Sandia Peak Ski Area prohibits the operation or use on or above the resort property of unmanned aerial systems (UAS), or drones, by the general public - including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists - without the prior written authorization from Sandia Peak Ski Area.  The prohibition includes drones used for filming or videotaping, as well as any drone use by media or journalists operating above or within the area boundaries.  This prohibition extends to any devices launched or operated from resort property, as well as any launched from private property outside of the resort boundaries.  Please contact resort management at 505-242-9052 if you have any questions or if you seek prior authorization to operate any such device.  Any authorized operation of drones on or above resort property will be governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations, local law enforcement, and/or U.S. Forest Service rules, as well as those policies separately established by this resort, which may include certification, training, insurance coverage, indemnification requirements, and waivers or releases of liability.  Any violation of this policy may involve suspension of your access privileges to the resort, or the revocation of your season pass, as well as confiscation of any prohibited equipment, and may subject violators to any liability for damages, including but not limited to, damages for trespass, violations of privacy, and physical injuries to persons and/or property as well as legal fees.


When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information, such as financial information, that information is processed on a secure server.
