Visiting the Tram for content?
Here’s what you need to know for a smooth experience!
Your Arrival at the Tram
We are excited for your visit!
When you arrive at the Tram, please make sure to notify the podium attendant at the sliding glass entrance doors. They will guide you to Guest Services where you will either inform them that you have a complimentary ticket slip reserved under your name or exchange your vouchers for physical boarding passes. From there, you will be placed on a flight and await boarding. Keep your boarding pass handy as you will need it to get back down the mountain.
TEMPERATURES & CONDITIONS
Temperatures on the mountain can be range from 20-30 degrees cooler than the city of Albuquerque. We recommend planning accordingly by bringing warm clothing, sensible footwear, and plenty of water to stay hydrated and comfortable during your visit.
EXPLORING THE AREA?
There are over 100 trails nestled in the Cibola National Forest. If you are planning on hiking or exploring the trails, please make sure you are well-prepared. Consider checking the weather forecast and letting someone know your plans for safety.
VISITING TEN 3?
If you are planning to dine at TEN 3 or collect content in the restaurant, please check in with the host or hostess upon arrival. Be sure to provide your name and mention that you are an influencer/creator, here to meet with a manager to assist with your visit. If you had requested reservations for fine dining beforehand, please let them know. For casual dining, you will be seated promptly in the casual area.
If you are running late or cannot make it, please notify the restaurant immediately (505) 764-8363. And follow up with Jessica or Devan to plan a new visit. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, TNE 3 may need to release your table depending on the volume of guests waiting.

The Tram and Gift Shop are open Wed – Mon, 9am – 8pm (last passenger flight) during the winter months.
The Tram runs every 15-30 minutes depending on number of guests. It is a 15-minute ride each way.
TEN 3 is open Thur – Mon, 11am – 7:30pm (last seating)
